Dr. Fatimah Habeebu-Adeyemi

Dr. Fatimah Habeebu-Adeyemi is a distinguished Obstetrician Gynaecologist with extensive expertise and a commendable track record in both open and minimal access surgeries. She holds a fellowship from the West African College of Surgeons (FWACS) and has earned a Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Leeds in the UK. Additionally, she has a Diploma in Reproductive Health in Developing Countries (DRH) from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine.
Dr. Habeebu-Adeyemi has further specialized in minimal access surgery, holding both a Diploma and Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery (DMAS, FMAS) from the Open University of India. She is also a certified Laparoscopic Surgeon by the Galaxy Care Laparoscopic Institute in India. Her surgical skills and experience are extensive, having successfully performed numerous open and minimal access surgeries.
Her excellence in the medical field has been recognized through various awards. She received “The Ruth Griffith’s Award” for her outstanding performance in the Master of Public Health program at the University of Leeds in 2016. In 2014, she was awarded the Distinction Award by the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. She also earned the Performance Award for The Woman Trial Study by the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in 2012. More recently, she was honored with the Caregiver Award for March 2022 and the Quality Champion Award in 2022 by Evercare Hospital Lekki, where she played a pivotal role in establishing the Maternal and Child Unit.
Currently, Dr. Habeebu-Adeyemi serves as the Chief Medical Director of the Pearls Specialist Medical Centre, located in the tranquil environment of Lekki Phase 1. This multi-specialist hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and staffed by highly professional medical and administrative personnel, dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services throughout the year.
